A great UK beer festival in May

As April is now drawing to a close we can look to all the exciting events planned in May and the start of the highly anticipated summer season. One event sure to catch your eye if you like a tipple every now and then is the Cambridge Beer Festival 2010.

This festival is now in its 37th year and is one of the highlights of the Cambridge calendar. Held between the 24th and the 29th of May, this event offers you plenty of opportunity to try some of the 200-plus drinks featured here, including a great selection of beers, wines, ciders and perries.

This popular beer festival is taking place on Jesus Green and it features a wide range of local and national drinks of all styles, plus tastes from around the world. As well as the wonderful drinks here, the festival is also famous for its CAMRA Cheese Counter. If you would like to try a wide range of cheeses along with locally produced bread, ham and other savoury items, you should definitely plan to visit the festival at some point over the six days.

One of the best ways to enjoy the celebrations and try various types of beer is through motorhome rental. With this luxurious way to travel, you can stay in Cambridge on a site close to the event and have somewhere within reach to get back to at night, without having to drive.
