As we have reiterated in our recent blog post it is always necessary to consider safety as Bonfire Night approaches and although setting off fireworks at home and visiting public displays can be great fun for the whole family, it is still important to be alert to any dangers.
If you live in the Cheshire area or are considering a trip through motorhome hire this Bonfire Night then here are a few organised fireworks displays being held throughout the county.
Queen’s Park, Crewe
Held on the 5th of November, this traditional Bonfire Night event is turned into a pyro-musical extravaganza with a fireworks display across the lake. There is plenty more planned with a live Abba tribute band, food and non-alcoholic drink stands, a hog roast plus much more.
This event takes place at Queens Park, Victoria Avenue, starting from 5pm.
Tytherington Bonfire & Fireworks Display
Another Friday night fireworks display is being held at the Tytherington Club, Dorchester Way, Tytherington in Macclesfield.
Starting at 5.30pm, the bonfire will be lit an hour later. Fireworks will be set off at 7pm.
Northwich Round Table and Rotary Club Bonfire
This Saturday night bonfire (6th November) has been organised by the Northwich Round Table and Rotary Club.
If you want to go to this Northwich event you need to be at Verdin Park in Northwich from 5.30pm, with the bonfire due to be lit at 6.30pm.
