Held over the Spring Bank Holiday between the 29th of May and the 4th of June is this year’s National Camping and Caravanning Week, or NCCW 2010 as it is referred to. This event is great for bringing together both experienced campers and those who are curious in finding out a bit more.
The theme of the event for 2010 is ‘Get Together’ and is all about sharing your love of the great outdoors with those you know. You can even create your own social event during this week, by inviting friends and family to consider the merits of caravan hire and ownership.
There is also a ‘Big Get Together’ competition where you could be in with a chance to win any number of top camping-themed prizes.
If you are considering renting a caravan over this week, you could always join in with the big NCCW 2010 event being held at Warwick Castle on the 2nd and 3rd of June. Over these two days, there is so much planned for the whole family and plenty to do at ‘The Great British Get Together’. There are many campsites nearby where you could choose to stay.
So, whether you plan to arrange your own social event or travel to Warwick Castle to share your love of camping with fellow campers, make sure you do something this year for NCCW 2010.
