Latitude is more than just another music festival

If you haven’t sorted out your plans for the summer yet and quite fancy going to a festival which offers a wide selection of entertainment, then you should certainly consider Latitude 2010.

Taking place on the Henham Park Estate in Beccles, Suffolk between Thursday the 15th and Sunday the 18th of July, the festival promises to bring together an exciting mix of art, with all manner of theatre, film, literature, comedy, dance, cabaret and poetry planned across the four days.

It may not be just about the music but that doesn’t mean that there is isn’t a great line up for lovers of all kinds of music. The headliners for the festival by the sea are Vampire Weekend, Florence And The Machine and Belle & Sebastian. If that wasn’t enough, they will be joined by a raft of well known bands and artists like The Feeling, The Coral, James and Corinne Bailey Rae.

One of the best ways to embark on this cultural adventure is through the comfort of caravan rental. You can arrange for the caravan or campervan to be delivered to and collected from the event so you have no hassles at all. If you are travelling to the festival as a family and have children under 13, it is good to know that there is a dedicated family campervan area of the camping site you can book.
