Due to the runaway success of a similar event in 2009, BBC Lincolnshire are putting on another of their fun and fascinating Discover Nature weekends in a few months time. The weekend features a number of nature-related activities, research and talks, perfect for nature lovers as well as families wanting a relaxing weekend away.

Where and when?
BBC Lincolnshire are inviting all tent and caravan owners – or even those taking advantage of motorhome hire – to head down to South Cliff Farm in South Carlton on the upcoming May Day Bank Holiday Weekend. This runs from Friday 30th April until Monday 3rd May, with the event planned to coincide with International Dawn Chorus Day. Tickets are limited and the event is very popular, so make sure you get your tickets as soon as possible.

It’s well worth being a part of this memorable special event, as there is a lot going on. For example:

• You can enjoy the scenery and the comforting farm and woodland surroundings
• Send the kids off to take part in supervised art and craft workshops and games
