The essential music festival packing list (part 1)

If you are going to any one of the UK’s biggest music festivals this summer, such as Glastonbury, which begins in a couple of weeks, or T in the Park, then you will already be thinking of what to take with you.

Now you have booked your caravan or campervan to take to the camping fields at the festival you need to start thinking of the items you want to bring.

The main piece of advice to all festival-goers is just to bring what you really think you’ll need. Although your accommodation may be roomy and comfortable you still would want to enjoy the event to the full and being environmentally-friendly with your checklist.

With campervan rental you can save on having to bring a tent to sleep in and just need the essentials such as a sleeping bag or duvet plus a pillow.

As for your accessories, if you are short-sighted make sure you don’t forget to bring your glasses or contact lenses and the solution. Even if you are in the quieter camping area dedicated to caravans, campervans and sometimes families, you may still want to bring ear plugs or cotton wool to ensure you get a good rest at night.
