Other than camping and visiting outdoors shows and exhibitions; another great way to use motorhome hire is to visit a music festival or two this summer. If you’re a music fan, you will most likely have tried all of the major festivals and may fancy something slightly different.

Here are a couple of other options:

Latitude 2010

Taking place from Thursday 15th July until Sunday 18th July 2010 in Suffolk, Latitude is the ultimate arts and culture festival. As well as theatre, comedy, poetry, cabaret, dance and film; this festival also features music from headliners Florence and the Machine, Belle & Sebastian, The xx, Vampire Weekend, Grizzly Bear and Charlotte Gainsbourg.

Green Man Festival 2010

Green Man is an annual celebration of all things folk, Americana, psychedelic and indie. Running from 20th – 22nd August 2010 in Wales, there are five stages of top acts to enjoy, including The Flaming Lips, Joanna Newsom, The Unthanks and Billy Bragg. This festival also celebrates art, literature, film and comedy; has great food; and also features the ceremonial of the enormous Green Man bonfire.
