If you are an aviation lover and are stuck for something to do next weekend, then why not consider hiring a caravan or motorhome for a short holiday to go and watch vintage aircraft take to the sky.
This would be an excellent idea for a trip, with the Lancaster Bomber, Spitfire, Hurricane and Dakota aircraft taking to the skies once again in the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight on Sunday. The Spring Air Show is due to take place in Duxford, Cambridgeshire on the 15th and 16th of May.
The Imperial War Museum Duxford event promises to be a grand occasion, with these historic aircraft flying alongside modern RAF planes for the day. Tickets are still available for the event and you can book online.
In addition to the entertainment taking to the skies there is also many other activities planned for the weekend. There are things to do for the whole family and people of all ages, with funfair rides for children, bungee trampolines and tank rides for adults.
Why not make it a weekend to remember and plan a weekend away to watch these amazing aircraft perform, travelling there through the comfort and flexibility afforded by caravan or motorhome hire.
